今天抱著 Kaya 看 youtube.  看到這個看起來像是高中生的英文話劇表演，笑到差點把 Kaya 吵醒。然後上網研究了一下最近流行的「海豚音」。

Let them be little

把這首歌歸類在 Graduation 的 category 裡頭，是覺得如果 graduation 可以有投影機，放孩子們在校的生活照。  或者是母親節時，將學生的照片，媽媽的懷孕照，全家福，baby 照，配上這首 Let them be little, 一定很感人！

沒想到這首 tune 也可以用來唱 Graduation

在紐西蘭時，晚上會播出的一個 comedy 節目的主題曲
對我來說，聽起來很懷舊
上網查了一下，原來是 Frank Sinatra 的歌...到今天才知道

End of the semester 教室佈置

學期末很適合這樣的教室佈置！

花是用紙盤做的，請孩子們將邊邊修修剪剪，上色。

再加上 stem and leaves!

End of the semester, 像這樣貼在教室的牆上，

是不是很棒呢 ！

當然，標語也很有意思 " WE GREW IN KINDER GARDEN"

本來是 Kindergarten 變成 Kinder Garden

塑膠袋玩偶 - Plastic bag crafts

這些塑膠袋動物很可愛吧

像不像在超市就可買到的那種餅乾包裝？！

只要眼睛做的像，就可以變的很可愛！

大家可以開始收集有顏色的塑膠袋做娃娃囉。

Found a Peanut 漫畫版 - silly rhyme

記得有一次Dorina老師表演過found a peanut，她把這首歌當成成果發表會中間串場的表演。  清唱加動作，令我印象深刻。

Silhouette 影子篇

用孩子的影子做成craft，看起來一級棒！

只需要請孩子站在牆邊，關掉電燈，用手電筒照側面，再用筆描出外型即可。

這樣也可以當作一份畢業典禮的作品，或者是教影子時可做的craft.

幼稚園要幫孩子剪就有點辛苦啦。

最好是小朋友可以自己製作。

女生的側面看起來就很不一樣

Beach Ball Souvenir

Here is an idea if you want to give the grads. a little gift~

小朋友畢業，老師可以去一百元店買一些beach ball.  然後用麥克筆寫上：

" I had a ball in Febie's class " along with the year.

如果孩子們夠大，也可以請她們彼此簽名。

孩子們帶回家，可以當作紀念，拿來玩球；不要用的時候，也可以消氣，很好收藏。

p.s. To have a ball means "to enjoy oneself" or "to have a great time"

End of the year poem-老師寫給學生

我還記得小時候收過英文老師親手寫給我的一個小小張的卡片。  像是附在花上的那種小小卡。

我一直都很珍惜著。  因為當初完全看不懂老師寫了什麼在上面，也不會查字典。  這種事，不是第一次了。

我也收過在New Zealand一位紐西蘭男孩送我的一封信～當時我也看不懂。  不是我懶得查字典，而是他的字都黏在一起，要查都很難。  他當時到底是喜不喜歡我，還是不知道，呵呵。

所以我覺得當孩子們畢業，能夠送給他們一張小卡是件很棒的事。  除了寫一些真心話，也可以參考這樣的poem:

You are a very special person

And, xxx, you should know,

How I loved to be your teacher

How fast the year did go.

Please come back to visit me.

As through the grades you grow

Try hard to learn all that you can

There is so much to know.

The onething I tried to teach you

To last your whole life through

Is to know that you are special

Just becuase, xxx, you are you.

New York, New York graduation chant

上次有一位老師問說，教膩了某首常用的畢業歌。  問我有沒有其他好聽的可以介紹。

Well,我現在要介紹的這首自己滿喜歡的。  帶點Broadway百老匯的味道。  但是，還沒教過，不知道好不好。  大家參考看看。  這首在網路上常看到。  也許妳已經知道了！

Graduation Props Idea

上次看到Penny老師家畢業典禮的道具，好心動。  但是那麼精緻的道具恐怕不是每個學校都做得到。

我今天看到這張照片，就覺得跟Penny老師家的話劇veggies很像。

只是這個是用很大張的紙做的。  塗上顏色，然後裡面塞衛生紙，澎澎的。  看起來也有那種感覺。

在大張的紙上剪兩片一樣的圖案，再用stapler訂起來，塞入棉花或衛生紙，就可以囉。

Ah...這張照片放出來，

上面的又被比下去了...

看完這段影片，新手老師教歡送詞應該可以比較輕鬆吧。 我以前為了想動作總是傷透腦筋。 妳可以發現我很多動作都大同小異。 我覺得請小朋友背畢業詞還是得有手語，比較容易記起來。

我以為忘了怎麼做，結果兩分鐘就想起來了。 真不賴。

畢業典禮

這個學期的最後一場show ...畢業典禮終於在今天上午完成了。

我們的英文節目包括畢業生個人演講，畢業生致詞，在校生致詞，畢業歌，歡送歌，各個班級的歌唱舞蹈，及最重要大班話劇表演。 這麼寫下來，英文老師要做的事還真多。 難怪我這個學期一直在鬧胃痛。

雖然胃痛，但是我其實很喜歡各種活動，典禮。 只要有好的準備及規劃，表演起來其實很有成就感。 我不記得我小的時候表演過什麼？！ 所以希望我教的孩子可以因為我們努力的安排，可以有個生平第一次難忘的畢業典禮。
